Welcome to BCHG's brand new online services.

On 7th December 2023 we  upgraded our Customer Portal. The upgrade has enhanced security so all existing portal account customers will have to change their password to access their account. You can do this, by clicking on the "Change your password here" button.

Things you can do in the portal

  • View my statement and balance
  • Make a payment online
  • Report a repair
  • View documents relating to your property and tenancy
  • View property maintenance and renewal data

Having Trouble Signing Up?

  • Your password must include Letters (A-Z), Numbers (0-9). Password must be no less than 10 characters
  • In 2023 we upgraded our myhome portal, you may be required to change your password upon logging in..
  • If your details cannot be found, please ensure your Tenancy Reference is correct and your Date of Birth. If you still cannot register, please contact your CRM to confirm we have the correct Date of Birth on file.
  • Please make sure you check your email account after registering, and click the Verification link, in the email from noreply@prodo.com
